Zentangle Introductory Classes

Zentangle®️ is a fun & easy way to put pen to paper. Students can be complete beginners and classes can be tailored to ages from 8 yrs old to your more mature years.

This class will be completed guided using the method ‘one stroke at a time’.
The class will be taken by either Certified Zentangle Teachers, Tegan Rein and Yvonne Rein.

The introductory lesson price includes your art supply starter kit (valued at $25). Using only the best quality cotton paper, Sakura Micron pen & shading graphite pencil. Plus a shading tool called a tortillon.

Kids & elderly can use a larger tile & easier pen if needed, please advise on booking if you require these different materials. Same costs are involved.

You are welcome to re-sit the Intro Class for $30 if you already have a starter kit and purchase extra supplies from our shop if needed, eg. more tiles to draw on or black tile/white Gelly Roll pen to mix it up and try something new while doing the repeat lesson.

The classes will be held live in person at our home art studio in Kanimbla plus offered online via zoom link. Starter kits can be either mailed out to you for $9.95.

(includes starter kit)
Online students pay an extra $9.95 for postage of starter kit, to be mailed out prior to the class on the Monday before.

Zentangle ‘Tangling On’ Monthly Advanced Classes

One of the greatest things about starting a new hobby is finding other like minded people also crazy about tangling (and we do attract beautiful kind hearted people).

This class is designed for anyone who has attended an intro class already. The class will be taken by either Certified Zentangle Teachers, Tegan Rein or Yvonne Rein.

The content changes month to month allowing the participating students to advance their skills every month.

You will need to bring/ have your Starter Kit (from the Intro Class) including your pen, paper, pencil and shading tool. Extra supplies are available for purchase if you wish to add to your collection through the Yintangle’s Shop and it’s best to contact Yvonne for these by emailing her at info@yintangles.com.au

The class is now held live in person at our home art studio in Kanimbla, Cairns plus it is also offered online via a zoom link. If extra art kit items are required for Zoom participants they can be mailed out and there will be a cost for these items & postage.
